Welcome to Tanline. These terms apply to your use of tanlineswim.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order, not that we’ve accepted it — acceptance happens when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud, or delivery locations we can’t serve; if we do, you’ll be refunded in full.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in [currency/currencies] and may change at any time, though changes won’t affect orders already placed. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors happen — if an item’s correct price is higher than displayed, we’ll contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, duties & returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges by our Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms. International orders may attract import duties and taxes set by your country — these are your responsibility and outside our control.
Products
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colors may vary slightly with screens and small variations can occur between batches — that’s the nature of small-batch production. Sizing information is a guide.
Your account & conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details safe — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
Everything on this site — the Tanline name, logo, designs, photography, and text — belongs to us or our licensors. Please don’t reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Sharing our content on social media with credit is always welcome.
If you’re under 18
You’re welcome here — but purchases should be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses. The site is provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies at the time of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR China, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
