Why I Started tanline
Every summer starts with the same argument: where are we swimming this year?

When I first started dreaming about tanline, I weren’t trying to create just another swimwear brand.
Every summer I’d spend hours looking for swimsuits that were cute but still felt comfortable to wear. Some were too revealing, some felt like they were made for adults or children, and others just didn’t feel like us.
I wanted something in between.
Something you could wear all day—from swimming, to getting ice cream, to walking around a beach town with your friends.
tanline was created for girls who want to feel confident without feeling like they have to change who they are.
Our swimsuits are designed to be fun, colorful, comfortable, and full of little details that make them feel special. The kind of pieces you actually want to wear again and again.
More than anything, I hope when you wear tanline, you make memories you’ll never forget.
Because that’s what summer is really about.
